for access to the NEYRONKI.NET service

This document is a public offer under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. General Provisions

1.1. NEYRONKI.NET provides access to AI-based digital content generation features.

1.2. Registration and/or payment for services means full acceptance of this offer.

1.3. The service is intended for users 18+.

2. Terms

Service — website https://neyronki.net

User — a registered individual.

Tokens — an internal digital unit for accessing service features.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The user purchases Tokens to access service features.

3.2. The service is deemed rendered once Tokens are credited to the user balance.

3.3. Tokens do not expire.

4. Payment

4.1. Prices are listed in KZT.

4.2. Payment is made via connected payment systems.

4.3. For other currencies, conversion is handled by the payment operator.

4.4. The Provider may change prices at any time. New prices apply to new purchases.

5. Refunds

5.1. Tokens are a digital service and are non-refundable once credited.

5.2. Refunds are possible only in case of duplicate charges or technical errors.

5.4. Response time is up to 48 hours.

6. Prohibited Content

Generation of the following is prohibited:

• pornography and sexual content involving minors
• graphic violence
• extremism and hate speech
• illegal activity

7. Liability

7.1. The user is solely responsible for generated content.

7.2. The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees.

7.3. The Provider is not liable for damages, lost profits, or third-party claims.

7.4. The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

8. Content Rights

8.1. The user receives full rights to content generated by them.

8.2. Commercial use is allowed.

9. Account Deletion

9.1. The account may be deleted at the user’s request.

9.2. Data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion.

10. Changes to Offer Terms

10.1. The Provider may amend this Offer at any time without prior notice.

10.2. A new version becomes effective upon publication on the website unless stated otherwise.

10.3. The version effective at the moment of payment applies to relations between the Provider and the User.

10.4. Continued use after publication of a new version means acceptance of changes.
